Become a Screening Advisor
We are always looking for individuals with a scientific or medical background to be trained as a specialised Jnetics volunteer known as a ‘Screening Advisor (SA)’. SAs are a crucial part of our screening event team. Their role involves having a ten minute consultation with participants before they provide their genetic sample.
Volunteer at screening (and other) events
If you don’t have a scientific or medical background, but do want to be become a crucial part of the team at screening or general events, there are many other roles you can take on.
Offer your expertise
If you have experience or expertise in areas like fundraising, community education, healthcare, publishing, database management, administration, lobbying, PR etc, please get in contact to explore the possibility of offering us some time and support. Any additional hands-on assistance will very much help us to achieve our objectives.
